This Privacy Policy applies to the Ultimate Life Counter for TCG app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by SpeedProg ("Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Camera Usage & Object Detection

This Application requires access to your device's camera to function correctly. This permission is used strictly for the following purpose:

        Tabletop Analysis: The camera scans the table surface to detect playmats and card zones. This data is used to automatically generate a user interface (UI) layout that matches your physical game setup.
    

Local Processing: All image processing is performed 100% locally on your device using Google ML Kit and OpenCV.
No Cloud Storage: We do not transmit, save, or store any images or video feeds on external servers.
Ephemerality: Image data is processed in Random Access Memory (RAM) and is discarded immediately after the layout is determined.

2. Data Collection & Third-Party Services

The Application does not explicitly collect personal data (such as your name or email address). However, it uses third-party libraries to ensure functionality and stability. These services may collect data used to identify your device.

Google ML Kit & Google Play Services

We use Google ML Kit for on-device object detection. Google may collect the following diagnostic information:

Device information (e.g., model, OS version)
App performance metrics (e.g., crash logs, latency)
Installation IDs (to measure unique installs)

This data is used for analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvements. It is not used to track you across other apps or websites.

3. AI and Content Statement

This Application utilizes "discriminative AI" (Object Detection) solely to identify the location of physical objects. It does not use Generative AI to create new media, text, or artwork.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Application data usage. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

5. Children’s Privacy

This Application is intended for general audiences (users aged 13+). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
